ALL NEW HOUSING COMBINED

HEU and non-HEU shown together. Unit counts shown with each project, locations are approximate.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS (HEU)

Focus is on the 15 Housing Element properties. Due to state mandates, these have more affordable units (15-20% of the project must be restricted to lower incomes), are much taller (3-6 stories tall), and have less parking spaces per unit.

NEW HOMES AND CONDOS (non-HEU)

Yellow highlights new and in-process communities that are not part of the state-mandated Housing Element. These include single family homes and for-sale condominiums and typically have lower heights and less density.
